When you arrive please text HERE with your name to 405-551-3650. You can wait in your car or inside! Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before their appointments will incur a service fee charge of the scheduled service. Clients who NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged for the scheduled service in full. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED IF FEE IS NOT PAID. Please make sure to contact the stylist directly. This time is for you and your relaxation and due to limited seating, I please ask that only the person getting the service done is present at the appointment. Whenever you book this appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. Refunds are NOT offered for any services provided. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you have 7 days from the day of the service to contact us for any adjustments.
